Her background includes leading operations at AT&T and heading the administration of nonprofit organizations. In addition to her business experience, she brings strong communication and organizational skills to her engagements.
Cathy is a visionary and trusted advisor to both boards of directors and organizational leaders. Her focus is in the areas of change management, strategy, and organizational and leadership development. She has a proven track record of supporting senior executives in meeting critical business objectives, raising the company’s visibility and engaging employees to foster business growth.
Known for her innate ability to inspire individuals to take positive action and consider new possibilities for their organizations and themselves, she tailors her approach to the unique needs of each executive and organization enabling her clients to unlock their potential and maximize their performance.
